Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, its location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice and so close to shops and restaurants, bars and the musical fountain. Well-maintained rooms complete with 2 balconies, terrace, for instance.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The studio suite was beautiful with terrace, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great place to stay for a trip to Varna. Big size room with 2 balconies as well as terrace as advertised. Excellent and top location, not too far from Tabanata. Terrific restaurants.

We got well-maintained and air conditioned room with 2 balconies, terrace, as for instance. The hotel staff was ATTENTIVE and amiable.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of the sea garden and the beach. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and they provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the necessary amenities.

One drawback was that the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep cold water.

We had a great stay at Opera Plaza Former City Mark in Varna. The self-check-in option was easy to use and there were no issues accessing our room with the password. The room was extra clean and was cleaned daily. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It may not be a traditional 3-star property, but it definitely exceeded our expectations. It's a little gem in the heart of Varna.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at Hotel Opera Plaza Former City Mark in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location couldn't have been better. The spacious room on the top floor had a lovely balcony with a great view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I especially appreciated the efforts of the lady at the front desk in resolving any issues.

My weekend getaway at Opera Plaza Former City Mark was absolutely perfect. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff provided excellent communication before our arrival, making sure we had all the necessary information for check-in. The bed was comfortable, and our room was extra clean, with daily housekeeping. We also appreciated the option for self-checking, using a password for access. we found the hotel to offer great value for money.

We did encounter a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The sink in our bathroom wasn't the best, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

I recently stayed at Opera Plaza for a second time and it's definitely worth a visit. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and only a 10-minute walk from the beach and the beautiful Sea Garden. The staff at the hotel are extremely polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the studio I stayed in was impeccably clean. I highly recommend Opera Plaza to anyone looking for a centrally located and clean accommodation option in the city.

Absolutely nothing!

I loved how close the hotel was to all the popular attractions, the airport shuttle was so convenient, and the bar was a great place to unwind. Also, who needs pets when you have this place?

Oh, just a small detail, but I didn't really care for the fact that I couldn't bring my pet elephant along. Such a shame.
