Everything was fine, charming small hotel. the location was top, not far from all the restaurants. A nice plaza very near the main city center attractions and seafront. I absolutely loved staying at Hotel Opera Plaza Former City Mark Hotel in Varna. the hotel was charming and everything was just perfect. Plus, the location couldn't be better, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. It was great to have a beautiful plaza so close to the main city center attractions and the seafront. I can't wait to come back here again!

had a great stay at opera plaza former city mark - the location was perfect, close to the sea garden and beach. the room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and nice view. the staff were so friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. will definitely be back!

bathroom hooks and curtain need fixing

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of the sea garden and the beach. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and they provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the necessary amenities.

One drawback was that the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep cold water.

We had a great stay at Opera Plaza Former City Mark in Varna. the self, check, in option was easy to use and there were no issues accessing our room with the password. the room was extra clean and was cleaned daily. the location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It may not be a traditional 3, star property, but it definitely exceeded our expectations. It's a little gem in the heart of Varna. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😊.
